Kabul, 01-Februrary, 2017- The Seventh Regional Economic Cooperation Conference on Afghanistan (RECCA VII) ministerial meeting is scheduled on 14-15 November 2017 in Ashgabat- Turkmenistan. It is expected senior officials from nearly 40 countries  and international organizations will attend the ministerial meeting.
